How Good Do You Think NYX Individual Eyeshadows Are?

Some people don't believe in drugstore products because they don't trust the quality; others must use drugstore products because they are cheaper. Well, here is what I think about NYX eyeshadows that will help either you like drugstore products or not.

1. For the price point of view, NYX eyeshadows are $4.99 (0.008 oz) and MAC eyeshadows are $14.50 (0.04 oz), so basically you pay less than half of the price of MAC and you gain double of the among!

2. There are over 160 individual shades in shimmer, sheer, glitter, frosty, metallic or matte you can choose from NYX eyeshadows.

3. The quality of NYX eyeshadows are very smooth, easily come off from the container and easy to apply on your eyes. The colors are vivid and rich (pigmented), very close to MAC eyeshadows (sometimes even better). Also they are long-lasting, as long as you apply eyeshadow base before it, it will last up to 10-12 hours or even longer.

Here is a bronze smoky eye I use from drugstore products:

Use MAC# 213 eyeshadow brush to apply Antique Gold on the entire lid, I also went over the crease because I want to combine it with another bronze color. TIP: apply the eyeshadow with padding motion instead of swiping motion. This way you can get the full color and avoid the pigment fall off.

USE Make Up For Ever MUFE Crease Pointed Brush to apply #Latte Foam from 1/3 to the outer corner of the eye, also bring the color up to the crease area. TIP: Using swiping motion from outside-in so the color is darker outside and lighter inside.

Use MAC# 224 blending brush to apply #Dark Gray on the outer corner of the eye. TIP: Apply with circulation motion

USE any angle brush to highlight under your brow with pigment # Queen. TIP: Keep blending the colors between the highlight and the gray until it look natural. How do I like the pigment? I love it!!! It's just like MAC Pigment but only $5.99!

Use MAC# 213 Pencil Brush to apply # Dark Gray alone the lower lashline, thicker from outside and thinner inside.

Use any eyeliner brush to apply Maybelline Eyestudio Cream Eyeliner How do I like the eyeliner? It's awesome! It's smooth and pigmented, drys fast and waterproof, also long-lasting. It's very comparable to department store products.

Curl lashes, and apply mascara. Maybelline XXL Volume Waterproof mascara is great because the brush isn't too big so I can reach every lash and it give volume and length!
